Platform Role

BrickBrick is an online platform that helps users visualise house designs against land information and connect with participating builders. BrickBrick is not the builder, certifier, council, lender, or legal adviser for any project.

Design Suitability And Approvals

Design matches, siting previews, dimensions, measurements, pricing, inclusions, and other information are indicative only. Any design, siting, compliance, engineering, council, developer, estate, or statutory approval requirements must be checked with the relevant builder and authorities before relying on a design.

Builder Connections

If you submit an enquiry, BrickBrick may share the enquiry details with the relevant builder so they can contact you. BrickBrick may receive a referral fee or other commercial benefit when it connects users and builders.

Intellectual Property

House plans, images, inclusions, documents, and builder materials remain the property of their respective owners. You must not copy, reproduce, build, modify, or commercially use builder designs without permission from the relevant rights holder.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, assessing whether a builder and design are suitable for your needs, completing your own due diligence, and seeking professional advice where required.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickBrick is not liable for building outcomes, builder performance, council or developer decisions, third-party content, or losses arising from reliance on indicative platform information.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
